This portal is a listing of different types of organisations who are working in the water and sanitation sector. We have structured organisations under a number of different headings and tried to place them under, what we think, is their primary mission. Of course many of these fit under multiple headings.

Local implementing organisations

A local implementing organisations implements projects in the local region or country where they are based.

India

International implementing organisations

An international implementing organisations does not implement any projects in the region or country which they are based, only in other regions or countries.

Europe

Local network organisations

A local network organisation builds networks and collaborates primarily in the local region or country where they are based.
