Removing the Categorical Index from the front page, as I don't think we will have enough content to justify that for a while.
Portals listing
I removed the Publications portal link, as suggested by User:Bastiaan, as we only have one publication at this point. The Publication portal is listed under all portals. I suggest we stick with max six portals on the Main page for now.
